Message of the Chief Executive Officer

Dear Client and Friend,

As we move forward into 2014, we continue to consolidate LAM’s business based on a five year strategic plan, from 2014 to 2018, guided in four pillars, the 4Cs, being Credibility, Convenience, Comfort and Choice. These key principles underpin our objectives of sustained growth, recapitalisation, increased profits, developing human capital, and defining a new organisational business model as a whole.

Company History

LAM - Mozambique Airlines was founded in 1936 as DETA, a division of the Ports and Railways services. After independence, by Decree 8/80 of 19th November 1980, DETA was changed to LAM - Mozambique Airlines.
