As frequent traveler, you may be aware that aviation industry and particularly the airlines are facing tremendous challenges and impact of the volatile global economy.
In order to thrive in this highly competitive environment, airlines such us, the LAM - Mozambique airlines rely on comprehensive strategies to find ways and means to overcome these challenges and emerge from this crisis stronger, profitable and sustainable.
During 2013, we will continue to develop our fleet expansion in order to better serve the market growth and thus contribute to the economic development.
LAM will also work to enhance internal business efficiency, transforming the services offered to our customers by focusing on eliminating elements such as baggage pilferage, improving on-time performance, zoning in on cost control, optimizing IT solutions to ensure better interactivity with you our valued costumer.
LAM board is also committed to engage each one of the staff members in a more dynamic training and development programme to ensure that our brand lives up to our customer’s expectation.
In addition the airline adheres to global standards of excellence by maintaining its IATA Safety Operation Audit (IOSA) and ISO 9001:2008 certificates. Through IATA, AFRAA and AASA membership LAM Mozambique Airlines ensure progress within the airline industry in general and within African airlines specifically.
