Premium Ticket

In order to obtain a premium ticket or upgrade, you must send a letter to the Flamingo Club containing the following information:

  • Name of the Flamingo Club member and respective Flamingo Club code
  • Route, flight date and class of the desired premium ticket
  • Name of the beneficiary of the flight

The letter must be signed by you and if you are a corporate member, it must also be signed by a representative of the company. Please send your letter to the Flamingo Club by e-mail, fax, or deliver it in person.

Please note:

  1. In case of an upgrade, you must buy an economy class ticket according to the type of tariff required to obtain an upgrade. You must also attach a copy of the purchased ticket.
  2. The Flamingo Club Customer Service Center will respond by e-mail, fax or telephone about the possibility of a premium ticket or upgrade. Information will be provided as to where to collect the ticket and any charges that will need to be paid. In the case of an upgrade, a voucher for executive class will be attached to the purchased ticket.
  3. All charges must be paid when collecting the ticket.
  4. You will have a maximum deadline of 3 months to collect the ticket. Failure to do so will result in the loss of the ticket as well as the miles used for the premium ticket or upgrade.
  5. If for any reason you do not use the premium ticket, you may request its cancellation as long as it is within the validity period. To cancel your ticket, you must send a letter to the Flamingo Club Customer Service Center requesting the restitution of the miles and reimbursement of the charges paid, and the original ticket must be returned. If any part of the ticket has been used, the cancellation of the remaining segments is prohibited.
