Ticketing
General Regulations
Tickets cannot be transferred to any other party or altered in any way. A ticket is only valid for the passenger whose name appears on the ticket. Any transferred or altered tickets will be void.
Ticket segments must be used in the sequence that is on the ticket. If you do not use the first segment of a multiple-segment trip, all other segments will be invalid and not accepted by LAM. All tickets are valid for one year.
All taxes and service charges are not part of the applicable fare and are paid by the passenger.
Ticket Changes and Refunds
For any changes to your flight itinerary, please contact LAM as soon as possible. Changes can be made according to the fare rules of the ticket. Please note that passengers are responsible for any service fees and/or fare differences.
Refunds will be processed according to the type of ticket that was purchased within the validity period of the ticket. If you have any questions regarding a change or cancellation of a ticket, please call your local LAM reservations office.
