Quality, Safety And Enviroment Policy
We consider Safety, Security, Quality and Environment as our main priorities in our operations. Through a proactive approach we are committed to offering services that are in line with our customer’s needs, and whenever possible, exceed their expectations.
We value the preservation of the environment and the assurance of security in all locations where we operate.
In our ground and air operations our objective is: zero defects.
In order to achieve these goals:
- We give attention to details of our business through adequate planning, control, innovation and continuous improvement of activities in conformity with the Mozambican Civil Aviation regulations;
- Investing in human capital that is our greater assets, making available equipment, advanced technology and training;
- Implemented an integrated system of quality, safety and environment management in accordance to applicable legal requirements;
- Provide necessary resources for the implementation of our Safety, Security, Environment and Health System with the objective of preventing health injuries, professional risks and accidents as well as the prevention of the environment pollution.
This policy applies to all activities undertaken by or on behalf of LAM.
