Message by the CEO
Dear Customer Friend,
For the third consecutive year we have been IOSA certified by IATA Operational Safety Audit, after the successful completion of the audit conducted by this international regulatory entity in June.
I would also take this opportunity to share with you the excellent results obtained in the ISO 9001:2008 audit, conducted to LAM in September, which made it clear that LAM Quality Management System, complies with the highest internationally standards.
The renewal of the mentioned certificates, allow us to reiterate the commitment to continuously improve the quality of service we provide, while complying with the technical, operational and safety standards established by the civil aviation industry.
In the closing period of the year, we will provide more optional flights in order to meet the increasing demand to our air transport services.
In the intercontinental arena, exogenous factors lead us to reconsider the service that we provide, and work towards creating LAM International in 2012, an entity that will ensure that this operation is performed using own equipment, Mozambican crew while displaying the flag colors.
In order to achieve this objective we count with the valuable contribution of our customer friends who represent an added value for raising up your chosen airline.
