Special Needs

The invalid or disabled client, due to their physical, medical or mental health, needs customized personal assistance during take off of the flight, the trip, landing and in case of emergency.

Estes passageiros serão aceites a bordo dos voos da LAM se forem auto-suficientes. Caso estes passageiros não sejam auto-suficientes, deverão ser devidamente acompanhados.

Babies

Infants are considered passengers from the ages of 3 weeks to 2 years of age.

Medical Services

The passenger shall pay for all costs related to medical services or to obtain medical clearance, even when the transport of LAM is not authorized.
