Cargo is considered heavy and voluminous due to its weight/dimensions/configuration that can cause handling difficulties and affect the safety of the aircraft and personnel.

Acceptance

Voluminous and heavy cargo requires special handling. The shipment, when transported in cargo compartments and handled manually, has a weight limit of 150 kg.

Bookings

The space reservation for heavy and voluminous cargo is mandatory for all routes.
