From 3 to 25 June 2021, an inline skating marathon took place, with a distance of 1,640 kilometres, which connected the cities of Quelimane and Maputo.

From 30 August to 5 September 2021, LAM participated in the 56th edition of FACIM, which took place in Ricatla, Marracuene, Maputo. LAM’s stand was located in the pavilion of IGEPE – Institute for the Management of State Participations, with companies belonging to the State Business Sector, under the motto: “The State Business Sector as a Catalyst for Mozambique’s Development.”

A LAM - Linhas Aéreas de Moçambique comunica que uma das suas aeronaves quando iniciava, na terça-feira, 26.10.2021, o movimento de acesso à pista, no Aeroporto de Pemba, tocou com a parte final da sua asa na extremidade de outra aeronave, o que motivou a interrupção da operação.

LAM – Mozambique Airlines informs that, following the incident on one its Boeing 737-700 aircraft, that occurred yesterday, the 26th of February 2021, at Quelimane, the company has increased the number of frequencies between Maputo / Quelimane / Maputo. These flights are being operated by small aircrafts, thus ensuring the transportation of all the passengers.
