Medical Services

The passenger shall pay for all costs related to medical services or to obtain medical clearance, even when the transport of LAM is not authorized.

During the flight, if a customer is sick or catches a disease caused by an incident (low cabin pressure, shear force, etc.), medical costs will be borne by LAM.



Although the LAM staff can request an ambulance station in particular, all expenses will be the responsibility of the passenger.



The wheelchair passengers will always be accepted by the LAM and should be loaded on the plane after the remaining cargo has been loaded to allow rapid delivery to the customer as soon as the plane lands at the destination.
