The General Assembly of Linhas Aéreas de Moçambique, SA – LAM, meeting in an Extraordinary session, decided to elect Mr. Marcelino Gildo Alberto as President of the Board of Directors, with effect from January 22, 2025 and took office the following day.
In the same session, it was decided to terminate Mr. Américo Muchanga's duties as Chairman of the Board of Directors.
