Linhas Aéreas de Moçambique, SA - LAM met in a session of the Extraordinary General Assembly, decided to change the company's corporate governance structure, and in the same session the Sir. Américo Muchanga as Chairman of the Board of Directors, with effect from July 10, 2024.
In the same session, it was decided to terminate the duties of the Interim General Director, the Sir. Theunis Crous.
