Terms & Conditions for Flamingo Club Members:

1. For the efficient registration of miles, each member of the Flamingo Classic or Flamingo PLUS or Representative of Flamingo Corporate must do the following:

  • Present the Flamingo card whenever buying an air ticket with LAM
  • Verify that the passenger name and Flamingo code are correctly registered on the ticket
  • Keep the copy of the ticket until it has been confirmed that the respective flight has been registered to the Flamingo account.

2. To ensure the efficient registration of miles, it is important that the code of the Flamingo member is registered on the air ticket. On each ticket only one Flamingo code is allowed. The simultaneous registration of a single with both the personal account and the corporate account is not permitted.

3. Only miles on LAM flights (“TM” flights) are permitted. The miles are registered with the Flamingo account up to 6 months after the flight date.

4. In order to have special benefits on LAM from Flamingo Club partners, a Flamingo card or an alternative identification document must be presented when requested.

5. The Flamingo code must be presented when booking over the phone.

6. When changing personal contact information including a physical or electronic address, the Flamingo Club must be notified by e-mail, fax or post, with a reference to the Flamingo code.
